THROUGH THE CHESED AND GENEROSITY OF CARING SOULS LIKE YOU, JEWISH LIVES WILL BE SAVED FROM THE DEADLY OPIOID EPIDEMIC

We work tirelessly to eradicate the disease of drug and alcohol addiction from our midst. But we can't do it alone. We need your help! Rarely have we faced an epidemic demanding our immediate action to save Jewish lives as the one presently confronting our communities. Addiction, particularly the opioid pandemic, has swept throughout Jewish communities across America. From Borough Park to Lakewood, from Miami to Baltimore, from east coast to the west, Jews are not immune from this dreaded plague. Our people are dying. The statistics are staggering. We must do something about this now. One life lost is entirely too much to bear. This is the story behind Tikvah Recovery. Created by Jews, our primary mission is to care for each and every Jew. Our objective is to help underpriviledged Jews receive the critical treatment care, services and needs they so desperately need. We believe that it is only through the availibility of education, access, outreach and programming catering to Jews, particularly in an Orthodox setting, can the cataclysmic effects of addiction be overcome. We have a tough road ahead. We cannot do this alone. Your help is needed. We are charged with a monunmental mission - to save Jewish souls!

OUR MISSION & PURPOSE

Tikvah Recovery's mission is to care for the addicted, abused and often-forgotten Jewish teenagers and young adults suffering from substance use and mental health disorders. The Torah mandates that we "do not stand idly by your brothers blood." Such is our rallying cry at Tikvah Recovery, for we leave no Jew behind. Tragically, the disease of addiction does not discriminate. Jewish people from communities all over this country are dying. We are losing the fight against addiction at an alarming rate. Time is of the essence. We need to act now!

WAYS TO DONATE

Your contribution, no matter the amount, is appreciated and vital to the wellbeing of Jews in recovery. According to the RAMBAM, one of the highest forms of Tzedakah is when a person gives to a Tzedakah Kupah (charitable fund) anonymously.

TREATMENT & SUPPORT

Our treatment model is Torah-based and uniquely Jewish in nature utilizing time-tested modalities as well as innovative programming anchored with Emunah in Hashem and the unrelenting love for our fellow Jew (Ahavat Yisrael). Our objective is to provide a high quality Jewish treatment program that not only addresses the disease of addiction, but enhances the life and wellbeing of the individual. For each Jew is endowed with a G-dly soul, we at Tikvah Recovery seeks to restore its divine spark with our holistic approach to heal, restore and empower everyone we help!
